1.Out of Stock Items

In the event that an items becomes unvailable after purchase,a refund or exchange will be arranged.

2.Defective or Incorrect Items

Return or exchange are only applicable if:

-The item has obvious manufacturing defects

-An incorrect item was sent

3.Preorder/Backorder Items

Preorder or backorder items may take approximately 12-14 wroking days.

Delays may occur due to supplier or production issues and are no eligible for refund.

Refunds are only applicable for defective items.

4.Return Conditions

-Requests must be made within 3 working days upon receiving the parcel.

-Items must be uunworn,unwashed,and unaltered

-Items must be returned in original condition with tags intact

5. Order Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation, size exchange, or return is not allowed.

6. Return Shipping & Processing Fee

- Return shipping fees are to be borne by the customer

- A small processing fee of RM9 (West Malaysia) / RM15 per kg (East Malaysia) will be applied to cover handling and logistics costs

- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the cost will be borne by us

7. Non-Returnable Items

- Sale / promotion / discounted items

- Surprise bags

- Free size items

8. Refund Method

- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit voucher only

- Store credit is valid for 365 days

- Strictly no cash refunds

9. Important Notes

- We are not responsible for lost parcels returned via non-trackable shipping

- Customers must provide a valid tracking number for all return parcels

- Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us

- Please retain proof of postage until confirmation is received

- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy
