All orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment verification. Orders are shipped via J&T Express.

For East Malaysia orders exceeding the standard weight, our team will contact customers via WhatsApp to arrange for additional shipping charges before dispatch.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery（地址错误 / 派送失败）

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Parcels returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will require additional shipping fees for redelivery.

顾客需确保收货信息正确。如因地址错误或派送失败导致包裹退回，需自行承担重新寄送费用。
